2010 Keeps Getting Better For Luke Bryan

2010 is proving to be a great year for Capitol Nashville recording artist Luke Bryan. He and his wife Caroline welcomed their second son, Tatum Christopher, on August 11th, Luke was named the Academy of Country Music's Top New Artist and Top New Solo Vocalist, he won the CMT trophy for USA Weekend Breakthrough Video of The Year for “Do I,” received his first-ever CMA Award nomination as New Artist of the Year, and most recently, Luke received four American Country Award Nominations and two American Music Award nominations. Not to mention, he garnered his first multi-week No.1 single with “Rain Is A Good Thing” and received a Gold® certified single for the song signifying over 500,000 downloads.

“No question, it’s been the biggest year of my career, and a lot of things have happened, a lot of positive things,” Luke tells NewsOK.com. “Certainly, I love the position I’m in now, so I can’t complain about anything.”

So what’s the secret to his success?

“The main thing … is working hard and being true and being good to your fans,” he says. “For me, it’s always been the fans that kept it going. They’ve kept me around, and I hope they can share in the fun of all this.”
