The 2017 CMT Music Awards are calling Nashville’s Music City Center home this year.

In an announcement on Monday afternoon (5/8), CMT revealed that it’d be leaving its longtime venue Bridgestone Arena and switching things up with a new landing pad. The reason for the switch is due to the uncertainty behind whether or not the Nashville Predators will have a home game scheduled for that same evening.

The Preds led Smashville to a historic victory on Sunday (5/7) when they advanced to the Western Conference Finals after beating the St. Louis Blues in a 4-2 series win.

While a new venue may be hard to swallow, the already stellar lineup is sure to calm everyone’s nerves. In the first round of performers, fans can expect performances from Blake Shelton, Brett Eldredge, Luke Bryan, Miranda Lambert and Thomas Rhett, with additional acts to be revealed later. Nashville star Charles Esten has been tapped to host the broadcast.

Nominations will be announced by Eldredge on the TODAY Show tomorrow, Tuesday, May 9. Fan voting will go live via CMT.com and continue until Monday, June 5 at 12:01 a.m. ET/PT.

The awards take place live from Nashville on June 7 at 8 p.m. ET/PT.
