On Sunday night (3/14), music took over Los Angeles and television when the 63rd GRAMMY Awards began. Though social distancing guidelines were in place due to coronavirus, stars still took to the red carpet for a GRAMMYs unlike any other.
Several of country music’s brightest female stars traveled from Music City to the City of Angels for the show, where they are scheduled to perform. Among them was Miranda Lambert, who easily earned the title of best dressed in a stunning gorgeous silver gown with a thigh high slit. The Texas native kept things simple, using a pop of color with her mint green handbag. In what could have been a coordinating effort, Brandi Carlile wore a smashing Wolk Morais suit in the same color scheme. She completed her look with a pulled back hairdo and a pair of spotless brown boots.
Maren Morris and Mickey Guyton both looked like visions of spring in their GRAMMYs-fashion. Guyton wore a nude colored Valentino dress with a tulle overlay, complete with embroidered flowers and butterflies. Morris rocked a floor-length lavender custom Dolce & Gabbana gown with crisscrossed gems down the length.
Ingrid Andress brought glam to the GRAMMYs. The Best New Artist nominee may have missed out on a win tonight, but she looked like an award herself in a white Armani Prive suit and a show-stopping diamond-encrusted body harness.
The 63rd Annual GRAMMY Awards, hosted by The Daily Show’s Trevor Noah, air live from Los Angeles at 8/7c on CBS.
