It’s that time of year…everyone is trying to workout and eat right to keep their New Year’s resolution.

Ever wonder how the stars stay in shape? Here’s a tip from celebrity fitness trainer Kristin McGee, who has worked with LeAnn Rimes:

“You don’t need to make a resolution to brush your teeth. Exercise should become just as much a part of your day,” says McGee. She suggests trying to work exercise into normal, everyday activities. “Do squats on the phone, zip-ups on the grocery line,” she says. And by making small changes, you’re more likely to stick to your plan to get in shape.” (Via People)
