Viva Las Vegas! “Country Music’s Party of the Year,” The 52nd Academy of Country Music Awards, will return to Sin City on Sunday, April 2, 2017!

The ceremony will honor the biggest names and brightest newcomers in country music with electric performances, one-of-a-kind collaborations, and many more exciting moments to be announced in the next few months. Details surrounding The Week Vegas Goes Country, including the ACM Party For A Cause concert, will also be released at a later date.

In 2016, Jason Aldean took home the night’s top honor when he was crowned Entertainer of the Year. The victory was a surprise to the Georgia native, who thought his time as EOTY had passed.

“I was just starting to think this one wasn’t in the cards for me,” he revealed. “I may be rough around the edges a little bit but I love this business,” he said. “This is one of the best nights in my professional career. Thank you very much. I love you.”

Earlier this month, the Academy of Country Music made headlines when it was announced that Pete Fisher would leave his role as Vice President and General Manager of the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville and move to Los Angeles for his new role as the Academy of Country Music’s new Chief Executive Officer.

The 52nd Annual ACM Awards will air live at 8:00 PM ET/delayed PT on CBS. The iconic ceremony will broadcast for the first time from the T-Mobile Arena.
