American Idol Goes Country… With A Twist
Country music fans are used to getting some great talent from American Idol, TV’s No. 1 reality show. Of course we’ve seen the massive success of Carrie Underwood who got her start by winning the famed competition. Kellie Pickler, Josh Gracin, and Bucky Covington have also seen success in the country world since their stint on AI. American Idol will once again meet country music, but this time in a different way.
American Idol judge Kara DioGuardi is largely successful in the music industry and one of her passions is songwriting. Kara is set to work with Rascal Flatts and Little Big Town later this summer to come up with some new music. Kara has written in the past for artists from all genres, including Carrie Underwood.
American Idol is currently auditioning for it’s next season, and Kara will return for her second season as a judge.
