Austin Webb Debuts ‘All Country On You’ Lyric Video
Streamsound Records’ up-and-coming country star Austin Webb is making waves at country radio with his latest release “All Country On You.” To accompany the song, Webb has released a brand new lyric video.
“All Country On You,” written by Mark Irwin, Josh Kear and Chris Tompkins and produced by Grammy-award winner and Streamsound Records co-owner Byron Gallimore, is a fun, up-tempo single with a special warning for the guys. Written by the same songwriters who wrote the radio hits “Before He Cheats” by Carrie Underwood and Tyler Farr’s “Redneck Crazy,” the single caught the ear of Webb and he instantly wanted to record it.
“When I heard it, the Carrie Underwood line hit me immediately, and I thought, ‘Wow, what a cool way to describe a song like this, using Carrie Underwood,'” Webb explained to Taste of Country. ” I listened to it about five times in a row, and I loved the song.”
Webb went on to describe the new single as a “female-empowering song” and although his musical palate leans towards more singer-songwriter, introspective songs, he could not pass up the opportunity to cut this single and make it his own.
The lyric video, directed by filmmaker Cy Abdelnour, was taped in and around Webb’s home located in Nashville, TN.
