Blake Shelton Cruise Sets Sail TODAY!

We’ve been talking about it for months and now the big day has arrived. We will be making ourselves at home for the next seven days on board the Norwegian Pearl with the Blake Shelton Cruise. Two of the many artists that will be joining us are Tyler Farr and Joanna Smith.

Farr, whose latest single “Hello Goodbye” is at Country radio now, is looking forward to joining his buddies Lee Brice and Jerrod Niemann for his first ever cruise. “It is, and not only my first time playing on a cruise, my first time being on a cruise,” he explains. “So I’m definitely excited about doing it and honored to be on there with the caliber of artists that are on the cruise.”

“Yes! It’s gonna be fun!” added Smith. “Every artist is on this boat, it seems, and it’s gonna be fun, and hopefully we’re not gonna get into too much trouble on the high seas. We’ll see.”

The seven day cruise will make stops in St. Thomas, San Juan, Tortola, and Nassau. In addition to Blake Shelton, Tyler, Lee, Joanna, and Jerrod, other artists joining us on board include Trace Adkins, Easton Corbin, Neal McCoy, Randy Houser, McKenna Faith, Frankie Ballard, Brett Eldredge, Jana Kramer, Brinley Addington, Chris Cavanaugh, Chuck Wicks, JJ Lawhorn, Logan Mize, HER and Kings County, Maggie Rose, Clayton Anderson, Brandon and Leah, RaeLynn, and Nik and Sam.

So, what does Farr expect for his first ever cruise experience? “Lee Brice, Jerrod Niemann… Randy Houser’s a good friend of mine. It’s gonna be interesting. I will… (laughs) I will say that” he says. “I don’t know what to expect because all those guys are borderline crazy, and I love ‘em to death, and I’m probably just as crazy as they are, but you get a certain kind of people together, and crazy things just sorta kinda happen. You know, if I don’t want to go party one night, I know that I’m probably not gonna go hang out with Jerrod and Lee and all of… you get all of us together, it’s gonna happen. So, you want to just have a small, you know, shindig, you better not invite the whole pirate ship, and that’s what had happened on this cruise. They put as many crazy, wild, fun guys on one boat together, and it… that’s exactly what they’re gonna get! So, it will be very interesting — it will be a blast, I’m sure.”

Every artist we’ve had the pleasure of talking to about the cruise says one of the things they are most looking forward to is seeing the other artists that will be on board. Joanna is no exception. She says, “I think that’ll be fun ’cause we’re captive, you know, so we’re good to catch up, and I think that’s gonna be great. It’s gonna be a really fun social part of it ’cause we’re always in such…so many different directions that we kind of have to be forced. But it’ll be good to catch up, compare notes, trade stories, and have a piña colada!”

Stay tuned as we’ll be sending as many updates as possible throughout the week! Bon voyage!
