As Season 16 of The Voice nears its star-studded conclusion, season 17 of the NBC hit show is already shaping up to be a good one.

In an announcement from the major network, all four of this season’s coaches (Blake Shelton, Kelly Clarkson, Adam Levine and John Legend) will be returning for another round of competition. Additionally, host Carson Daly is slated to return at the helm of the new season.

“Y’all are so lucky because I just found out that I’m back season 17, as well,” Clarkson shared in a video posted to Instagram. “So what my plan is… my, my evil plan… not evil, I’m not evil. My plan is to take over, still, season 16 with Rod. Imma beat Blake with Rod, a person who was originally on his team and then, I’m gonna come back and win season 17 with I don’t know who , but I’m excited.”

Shelton retorted on his own Instagram with, “They all decided to come back for more even after Team Blake has 5 of the artists in the Top 8!! HAH!!”

Added Legend simply, “We back.”

The Voice returns this fall on Mondays and Tuesdays, but fans can get their fix with the current season airing now.
