Bobby Bones to Head Out on Funny & Alone Comedy Tour

He’s known for his hilarious morning radio gig, The Bobby Bones Show, and his lighthearted comedy musical albums, but Bobby Bones is trying his hand at a new trade by heading out on a full-blown stand-up Funny & Alone comedy tour in 2017.

The popular radio host has become one of the biggest names throughout all of country radio and does so with his witty banter between himself and his fellow comrades on air. Using honesty and blunt outlooks on life, Bones typically delivers his jokes with the help of music but this time, he’ll be focusing more on the routine than the rhythm.

“I’ve been doing stand-up comedy since I was 19 years old, and I’m really excited to be able to do it for more people next year,” said Bones in a recent press release. “My favorite thing to do is be on the radio, but it’s followed very close by my love for comedy and the stage. I wanted to put together a show that lovers of comedy and music would enjoy. It’ll be fun to bring out Walker Hayes, who is one of my current favorite artists. And I’m also excited for the rest of the country to see Nikita Karmen, but mostly I’m just pumped to make people laugh.”

Tapped on deck to join Bones for the tour are Walker Hayes and Nikita Karmen, and fans can be sure to expect to see some other familiar faces along the way as usual.

The Funny & Alone Tour 2017 will kick off in Virginia Beach on January 13 and will run throughout the majority of the spring. Fans can head over to Bones’ website for the tour to purchase tickets starting on December 2 and find more information about the shows.
