Back at it again, Brad Paisley and Carrie Underwood have each been awarded the CMA Chairman’s Award on June 6.

Paisley and Underwood were presented with the prestigious award in Nashville by former CMA Board Chairman Frank Bumstead. The CMA Awards hosting duo was also joined by CMA’s Chief Executive Officer, Sarah Trahern during the presentation.

Due to their dedication, integrity and creativity to the CMA namesake, the two were honored with the award as they have been hosting the annual CMA Awards show for eight years. This November will mark the ninth consecutive time they have shared the co-hosting duties for one of the biggest nights in country music as announced by CMA back in May. Both Paisley and Underwood said they were excited to return back to the stage.

The 50th Annual CMA Awards will air on November 2 at 8/7c.
