Live from New York, it’s Brandi Carlile catching the attention of millions of viewers as the singer-songwriter shined brightly during her appearance on Saturday Night Live (October 23).

Carlile earned the coveted honor to perform on the hit sketch comedy show alongside host and former SNL player Jason Sudeikis. She gave it her all during her two separate stage times, rocking and rolling to her single, “Right On Time,” and then “Broken Horses.” Making the most of her time on the iconic show, fans were overjoyed with her dynamic performances of each track.

Even Carlile herself was thrilled to have the opportunity to be a part of such an eventful evening, welcoming back Sudeikis to the hallowed halls that built him up.

“You sure do know how to make a girls dreams come true @nbcsnl! The twins and I are eternally grateful to have shared the stage with the comedic genius that is @jasonsudeikis and the wonderful once in a lifetime cast and crew at SNL – I will NEVER forget it,” Carlile tweeted about her experience.

All week leading up to her time on SNL, Carlile shared her excitement through some hilarious tweets about the career highlight. She retweeted a message from the official Ted Lasso Twitter account to get in the spirit in celebration of her week with Sudeikis.

“I couldn’t be more excited to do SNL with you. You just plain make me happy! I feel a kindred spirit with you…we’re a lot alike! I know I’m a woman but I carry around a little mustache in my heart,” she wrote.

Carlile finds herself in great company for the musical guests this season; fellow country singer Kacey Musgraves performed on the series earlier this year.

The singer-songwriter will be heading out on the road soon, with her ‘Beyond Those Silent Days’ Tour coming to cities nationwide soon.
