“The “Bottoms Up” singer tied the knot with fiancée Amber Cochran on Sunday (6/28) at his home in Georgia, PEOPLE confirms.

Leading up to the couple’s big day, Gilbert expressed his excitement for the small, intimate wedding. “It’s actually gonna be really, really small and really simple. I met her ten years ago, she’s a hometown girl and we wanted it to be really special for us and have the people there that really, really mean the world to us and that’s gonna be pretty awesome.”

“Amber is an amazing person and has inspired a lot of my songs from ‘More Than Miles’ to ‘You Don’t Know Her Like I Do’ for the last 10 years,” he told PEOPLE last year. “I’m a blessed man to have her back in my life and can’t wait to make her my wife.”

The couple got engaged in October 2014.
