Brett Young will be lending his voice and musical know-how to American Idol this season. The rising country superstar will join the hit ABC show as part of the all-star duets round.

In addition to Young teaming up with two member of the Top 20, Idol has enlisted the help of Jason Mraz, Julia Michaels, Pat Benatar & Neil Giraldo, Cynthia Erivo, Lukas Graham, Ben Harper, Elle King, Chris Isaak, lovelytheband, and Shaggy.

With American Idol’s inaugural season on ABC, the show decided to switch things up, adding the all-star duets to the competition. During the Top 20 round of the season, the finalists were able to perform with some of music’s biggest stars, showcasing their voices and hopefully helping them move on to the next round.

Last season, Sugarland and Cam, along with Banners, Aloe Blacc, Bishoop Briggs, Colbie Caillat, Luis Fonsi, Andy Grammer, Lea Michele, Train’s Pat Monahan, Rachel Platten, Bebe Rexha, and Allen Stone, were featured during the Top 24 All-Stars round.

Country fans will get a full dose of the genre this year as Luke Bryan returns as a judge. The Georgia native returns with fellow judges Katy Perry and Lionel Richie, host Ryan Seacrest, and contestant mentor Bobby Bones.

American Idol returns to ABC on March 3.
