Carly Pearce released her self-titled, sophomore album on Friday, Feb. 14, and she celebrated by going to the store to buy a copy and to sign a few copies for fans. Pearce posted a video of the moment on Instagram.

“Still can’t believe it’s finally here,” she wrote in the caption of the video. “Dreamt of buying my record in a store since I was a little girl. Thank you God for so many amazing blessings.”

Pearce was also greeted by a little post-show album celebration on her bus on album release weekend. She was surprised to walk onto her bus, which was filled with balloons and flowers.

“Walked back onto my bus after the show last night and all of this was waiting on me,” she writes. “I am so grateful to work with a group of guys & gals that love on me and support me. It takes a village being out on the road and can be taxing, but goodness do I have a family out there that I wouldn’t trade for anything that make life so fun. Thank you to everyone who made me feel so special releasing CP 2.”

Pearce continued the album release activities this week with a performance on NBC’s Today on Tuesday morning (Feb. 18). Pearce is currently on Old Dominion’s We Are Old Dominion Tour. They’ll be heading to Kingston, Canada on Thursday, Toronto on Friday, and Subury on Saturday.
