Carrie Underwood Announces Pregnancy

Another country baby is on the way!

Superstar Carrie Underwood took to Twitter this afternoon to announce that she and husband Mike Fisher are expecting their first child together!

“In honor of “Labor” Day…Ace & Penny would like to make an announcement. Their parents couldn’t be happier,” she wrote along with a photo of her two pups, Ace and Penny, wearing “I’m going to be a Big Brother” and “I’m going to be a Big Sister” shirts.

Fisher also shared the news, adding in a bit of humor to his announcement. “We haven’t picked names yet but it’s looking like Fly is gonna fly. #boyorgirl #flyfisher,” he Tweeted.

The singer’s rep confirmed to People that she is due in the Spring of 2015.
