Carrie Underwood is a platinum-selling singer, an active wear designer, and now she’s adding ‘author’ to her resume. Underwood recently revealed that her new book, Find Your Path, will be out on March 3. In the book, Carrie writes about her personal journey to fitness and shares her diet and exercise secrets. This includes her Fit52 workout, which allows her to stay fit 52 weeks of the year.
“This philosophy is a year-round common-sense approach to health and fitness that involves doing your best most of the time—and by that I don’t mean being naughty for three days and good for four,” says Carrie in a quote about the book on her website. “I mean doing your absolute best most of the time during every week, 52 weeks of the year.”
While readers have to wait until March to snag their own copy of the book, Underwood just received her first copy. She shared the moment on Instagram on Wednesday (Feb. 5) with a boomerang video of herself opening the cover.
“Got my first copy of #FindYourPath! So exciting,” she writes.
Underwood later posted a second photo her herself personally signing one of the many books fans will be ordering.
