Known to be Country Music’s Biggest Night, the CMA isn’t backing down to the prestigious title by bringing out the heavy-hitters as the main performers at the 51st Annual CMA Awards.

Artists like Carrie Underwood, Luke Bryan and Miranda Lambert will lend their voices to the nationwide broadcast, honoring the biggest acts and songs from the past year. Trying to live up to the expectations set last year at the 50th anniversary of the awards event, CMA hopes for a special night like none other paying tribute to the best in country music as well as the recent events that have affected the genre.

Performances will also come from a number of other familiar faces, including Garth Brooks, Brothers Osborne, Eric Church, Little Big Town, Old Dominion, Jon Pardi, Chris Stapleton and Thomas Rhett. Alan Jackson will also return to the stage to celebrate his induction into the Country Music Hall of Fame.

Lambert also has a big night ahead of her as the night’s biggest nominee with a total of five nods in the categories for Album of the Year, Single of the Year, Song of the Year, Female Vocalist of the Year and Music Video of the Year. Following right behind Lambert in the nominations ranking, Keith Urban and Little Big Town both earned four spots among the categories.

Church, Stapleton, Rhett and Maren Morris all raked in three nominations for the night in their respective CMA Award sections.

Not only will Underwood put her talents to the test in a live performance, but she’ll also be working hard as co-host with friend Brad Paisley as they mark a whopping 10 years of emceeing the show together.

The 51st Annual CMA Awards will air live from Bridgestone Arena in Nashville on Wednesday, November 8, at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.
