Carrie Underwood & Miranda Lambert Swap Praise
Two of country music’s leading ladies had nothing but love for each other after Sunday night’s ACM Awards. After watching Miranda Lambert take home three awards during the festivities, Carrie Underwood told Ok! Magazine what she loves about Miranda. “I think she’s so cool because she’s real. You can talk to her, and she’s not going to be fake in any way, shape or form. She's amazingly talented,” she said.
Miranda returned the praise for Carrie, saying “I think we’re the only genre that is genuinely family. We really are not catty. We really are happy for each other.”
Together the two country superstars took home 5 awards from the Academy this weekend.
