Carrie Underwood To Headline Country to Country Festival
Nashville is taking over the United Kingdom, y’all! Announced today (9/22), Carrie Underwood is the first headliner for the Country to Country Festival happening in London, Dublin and Glasgow.
C2C revealed the news through a video on Facebook that featured the Oklahoma native, who performed at the inaugural event in 2013…

The shows will take place March 11, 12 and 13, 2016 at The O2 in London, Dublin 3Arena, and for the first year, at Glasgow’s Clyde Auditorium.
“Country to Country is delighted to welcome Carrie Underwood back to the event as headliner in our fourth year. In addition to London O2 we are delighted to have her help launch our inaugural Glasgow event and our third year of C2C in Dublin,” C2C’s Chris York explains. “Carrie Underwood helped establish the event in our first year and the creation of the biggest celebration of country music outside North America. Country to Country is proud to have event partners BBC Radio 2 and the CMA.”
The full event line up and on-sale details will be exclusively revealed during a C2C Launch Party at Brooklyn Bowl on Tues., October 6. There will also be a special guest performance on that night.
Underwood was recently in London to headline The Apple Music Festival, which took place at London’s Roundhouse from September 19 to September 28. Underwood was the first country music artist to participate in the global event.
