Carrie Underwood To Headline ‘New Year’s Rockin’ Eve’

The Big Apple is going country for New Year’s Eve!

Carrie Underwood is set to headline Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest. The star-studded show, which featured Taylor Swift and Florida Georgia Line last year, kicks off Dec. 31 at 8 p.m. ET.

“There’s nowhere else I’d rather be than New York’s Times Square, one of the most magical places in the world, to ring in the new year,” Underwood said in a statement to the press. “It’s going to be a memorable night, and I can’t wait to celebrate with the world!”

The Oklahoma native just released her fifth studio album, Storyteller, last week. She announced her 2016 Storyteller Tour yesterday.
