After getting back to her pop-punk roots on her 2021 album, Thrive, country chart topper and former champion of The Voice, Cassadee Pope, is headed out on the road.

Announcing plans for a string of headlining concerts in the spring of 2022, Pope will embark on the Thrive Tour starting March 18 in Baltimore, Maryland.

Release in October and featuring a combination of her two biggest influences — pop punk and country music — Thrive also featured the input of two stars in those respective genres. The project was produced by Nickolas Wheeler of The All-American Rejects and Karen Fairchild of Little Big Town, and also featured the single “What the Stars See” (featuring Karen Fairchild and Lindsay Ell).

Set to perform those new songs live — plus country chart hits like “Wasting All These Tears” and “Think of You” (featuring Chris Young) — Pope’s Thrive Tour will comprise almost a dozen dates through the East Coast and Mid West. After the Baltimore kickoff, she’ll also visit clubs, theaters and music halls in New York City, St. Louis, Chicago and more, before wrapping on April 1 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

The run will mark her first bill-topping tour since co-headlining the CMT Next Women of Country Tour with Clare Dunn and Hannah Ellis in 2019, and Pope says she’s already been moved by the response to her shift toward an edgier sound.

“Seeing the reaction to Thrive has been so validating and beautiful. I can’t wait to see that in its physical form on the Thrive Tour!” says Pope. “This music is me to the core and I’m looking forward to showing people what that looks like night after night. Rocking out with my fans again will feel so good.”
