Chase Rice Will Preview New Music On JD and Jesus Tour

Chase Rice’s much-anticipated third headlining tour is currently underway. The JD and Jesus Tour 2015 features the North Carolina native along with some of country music’s hottest new acts.

“I’m bringin’ [The] Cadillac Three out with me, we got Kelsea Ballerini on one, we’ve got a bunch of other people, a bunch of other acts on it,” Rice shares.

In addition to performing fan favorites from his current album on the tour, the 29-year-old also plans to perform new music as well.

“We will be playin’ a sneak peek for my next record, Rice reveals. “We’ll be playin’ obviously ‘Ready Set Roll,’ ‘Gonna Wanna Tonight’ — all the songs off the Ignite the Night record — but I think we’re gonna slip in one song that we’re gonna be puttin’ on my next record.”

For Rice, this tour is a culmination of his career so far.

“I’ve came up, you know, doin’ the bar scene, and then I went to the clubs, and now this is the next step for us. I mean, a lot of people have seen our shows now, and you know, when it comes to radio, we’re only two songs into this thing, but on our touring career, you know, we’ve got people singin’ our songs like we’ve got five, six number-one songs. It’s crazy, man.”
