Chris Cagle Arrested in Texas on DWI Charge

Country singer Chris Cagle was arrested in Texas early Sunday (12/15) on a driving while intoxicated charge.

The 45-year-old was picked up near Greenville, 50 miles northeast of Dallas, after running a red light, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety.

The Associated Press reports that Hunt County Jail record indicate that Cagle was not in custody as of Tuesday (12/17), so it appears he may have met bail. No additional information on the arrest has been made available at this time.
