The twins are finally home! Chris Stapleton and his wife Morgane are a family of six after the arrival of their twin boys nearly a week ago. Hours after thanking Reba for sharing their news and fans for their support, Stapleton’s other half shared a bit more of the month-early delivery of their precious boys.
“Thank you for all the love! We’re so grateful to finally be home with our sweet family,” she wrote on Instagram with a black and white photo of her sleeping babies. “We would like to say a special thank you to all the incredible nurses & doctors at Centennial Women’s & Children’s Hospital in Nashville. At more than a month early, we had a week long stay in the nicu & the incredible people there kept our boys healthy & happy. Words cannot express our gratitude for you all & what you did for our family. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you! ♥️♥️”
The photo and update comes just hours after Stapleton took to his own social media to thank everyone for their outpouring of support.
“Thank you for sharing our good news Reba McEntire! We couldn’t have dreamed up a better day. Morgane & the boys are doing great & we appreciate everyone’s support,” Stapleton posted.
Reba shared the news during the 53rd Academy of Country Music, just seconds after Stapleton was named the winner of Album of the Year for From A Room: Volume 1. Sugarland graciously accepted the award on his behalf before the iconic host made her way center stage to let the world in on the big secret.
“Those little rascals came a little bit early,” she explained to an excited and surprised audience.
Stapleton has had a big week. In addition to winning Album of the Year and Male Vocalist of the Year he also turned 40 and brought his baby boys home.
