Hot off the heels of his chart topping “Famous Friends” hit, country star Chris Young has announced a headlining tour of the same name. He’ll embark on the Famous Friends 2021 Tour this fall, hitting arenas and amphitheaters across the country — along with a few of his actual famous friends.

Kicking off October 21 at Little Rock, Arkansas, Young’s return to the tour trail features 13 stops through December 5 in Uncasville, Connecticut. Mitchell Tenpenny and Callista Clark will be his traveling BFFs.

“Everybody’s been asking me when’s the tour announce — well, now you have your answer and I couldn’t be more excited about it,” Young jokes in a press announcement. “I’m pumped to be able to share some of this new music on tour!”

That new music Young’s referring to is his Famous Friends album — the Middle Tennessee native’s eighth studio set, slated for release on Friday (August 6). It will feature his recent 12th Number One at country radio, “Famous Friends” (featuring Kane Brown), as well as “Raised On Country” and more. He and Tenpenny recently filmed a music video in downtown Nashville for the track “At the End of the Bar,” which is expected to become Young’s next radio single.

Tickets for Chris Young’s Famous Friends 2021 Tour are on-sale beginning Friday, August 6 at chrisyoungcountry.com, and all shows will comply with local COVID-19 guidelines. A complete list of dates and venues is below.
