Chris Young Reveals October Release Date for Christmas Album

Santa is coming a little early this year as Chris Young is gearing up to release his first-ever Christmas album this fall!
The project, entitled It Must Be Christmas, will hit shelves and stuff stockings on October 14. The album is one that’s had Young in a holiday spirit all summer long.
“This is something I’ve wanted to do for a really long time,” the singer said. “Christmas is one of my favorite times of year and it was hard to narrow down the list of songs for this record. I’m excited to share my own versions of many of the standards I sang as a kid every year at Christmas, plus I had the opportunity to write a couple of original songs to celebrate the season.”
While awaiting his holiday release, the Tennessee native will embark on the second leg of his I’m Comin’ Over Tour with special guests Dan + Shay, Dustin Lynch and Cassadee Pope.
His current single, “Sober Saturday Night,” featuring Vince Gill, is at country radio now.
