Country singer and radio personality Chuck Wicks has signed on to host the Circle Network’s first-ever animated series, with a laugh-out-loud show titled Road Stories coming soon.
Featuring a star-studded cast of guests like Jason Aldean, Luke Bryan and more, the show aims to bring “some of the best stories you’ve never heard” to life, all with a cartoon twist.
Also featuring country stars like Brett Young, Jon Pardi, Dustin Lynch and more, the show will center on crazy, insane (or embarrassing) stories that happen while artists are on tour — many of which have never been told in public before. Along with Wicks, each singer will be transformed into an animated character to relive their greatest stories in a laugh-filled, 30-minute show, airing only on the Circle Network.

“I’ve been friends with these artists for a long time, and I’ve never heard these stories before from them. I believe that’s what makes this show so unique and special. The minute the artists find out they will be animated, it’s like an entire protective wall that they normally would have for themselves in an interview setting goes down for what really happened,” says Wicks. “And they share it all on Road Stories which all comes to life for the viewer through animation. This was fun for everyone to do!”

The Circle Network is the award-winning country music and lifestyle network and official TV home of the Grand Ole Opry. Road Stories is set to premiere Friday (September 10) at 10 p.m. ET. Here’s a sneak-peek rundown of the show’s upcoming season:
