CMIL Exclusive: Eli Young Band Talk ‘Turn It On’ and the Day They Nearly Died
The Eli Young Band just released their latest single, “Turn It On,” which appears on their new EP of the same name, out now. Mike Eli, James Young, Jon Jones and Chris Thompson recently invited CountryMusicIsLove onto their tour bus to to chat about the tune and how it was originally titled “Turn It Off.”
The band also addressed the Shiner Bock reference in the song that lead to the tale of their “Almost Famous” moment when the band nearly died after leaving the Shiner Bock brewery in Shiner, Texas. See it all in the clip below.
