Cole Swindell Breaks Another Record With Chart-Topping Hit, ‘Flatliner’

Cole Swindell is celebrating lucky No.7 as his current single “Flatliner,” featuring Dierks Bentley, has reached the No.1 spot at Country radio. The track marks a record-breaking occasion as the Georgia native is the only solo artist in the history of Country Aircheck/Mediabase to top the radio charts with his first seven singles.

“Every No. 1 is special for so many reasons,” said Swindell in a press release. “This one is really special because it’s a song I wrote with my mentor in mind. Never dreaming it would turn out like this for me! Dierks is not only my mentor but my friend and now I have a No. 1 song I was blessed to get to record with him. He has been so gracious and supportive of me from the beginning. This feels amazing.”

“Flatliner” is the third single from Swindell’s sophomore album, You Should Be Here, and follows the multi-week No.1 “You Should Be Here” and gold-certified “Middle of a Memory.”

Swindell brought “Flatliner” to life this year as he hit the road with Bentley for the 2017 What The Hell World Tour, where the two performed the smash during Bentley’s set each night. Fans will get to catch another live performance of the track when the CMA Fest TV special airs on ABC this Wednesday, August 16 (8:00-11:00 PM/ET).

The What The Hell World Tour wraps on September 2 in Greenwood Village, CO.
