Country Stars To Celebrate Return of Baseball Season

A handful of country artists will help celebrate the return of ‘America’s favorite pastime’ this week.

Rodney Atkins and Gloriana will kick-off opening weekend festivities in Cincinnati at the Great American Ballpark. Atkins will perform “The Star-Spangled Banner” on Thursday, while Gloriana will sing the National Anthem on Sunday.

Clay Walker will also be taking part in opening weekend celebrations. He’ll perform the National Anthem as well as “Take Me Out To The Ballgame” for the Houston Astros at Minute Maid Park on Friday.
