Country star Darius Rucker is making a play that falls a little outside of his musical comfort zone, teaming up with the National Football League and sports apparel outlet Fanatics. Together, they’ve come up with a whole line of Darius-Rucker-approved, officially-licensed NFL clothing.
Available now and featuring all 32 NFL teams, the special line of apparel features the classy-but-casual vibe that Rucker brings to the stage, looking good whether you’re out for a Sunday to watch the game, lounging around the house or something in between. The news arrives just as Rucker is gearing up for a big-time comeback, starting with the 12-city 2022 tour of theaters, Darius Rucker Live. That run kicks off February 17 in Philadelphia, and in the meantime, he’s in the studio working on a new album to feature his latest single, “My Masterpiece,” and the recent Number One, “Beers and Sunshine.“
