Country Spin Master Dee Jay Silver Welcomes Second Child

Country spin master Dee Jay Silver and his wife Jenna Perdue have welcomed the birth of their second child.

Baby girl Davis Jessie Perdue was born March 27th in Nashville weighing 6 pounds 15 ounces, and measuring 20 and a quarter inches long. She is the couple’s second child, joining her two-and-a-half year old brother, Wake Silver Perdue, and it sounds like Davis caught the country DJ/remixer/producer by surprise.

“We are in shock it’s a girl! And so excited! The whole pregnancy we were positive it was a boy,” the happy parents share. “Davis is the most amazing addition to our family. Wake already loves his little sister so much! After our loss at 10 weeks back in May, Davis is the most welcome blessing we could have ever received. She is already so loved! We are so thankful for this amazing gift!”

After spending some quality time with the family, Dee Jay Silver will head back out on the road to spin dance-floor shaking country mashups across the nation.

Famous for pumping up crowds before superstars like his longtime friend Jason Aldean take the stage, Silver has a jam-packed schedule of appearances set for ACM Awards weekend in Las Vegas, plus tour dates with Luke Combs and Aldean. He’ll also be on hand for a number of country festivals this summer and residencies in Las Vegas, Nashville and Atlantic City.
