Dierks Bentley and Elle King Win CMA Musical Event of the Year

Superstar Dierks Bentley is heading into “Country Music’s Biggest Night” as an early winner!

While performing on ABC’s Good Morning America this morning in Downtown Nashville, the current four-time CMA nominee received the news that his chart-topping hit, “Different for Girls, a duet with Elle King, was named Musical Event of the Year. The song is featured on Bentley’s latest album, Black, which is currently nominated for CMA Album of the Year

Also nominated in the CMA Musical Event of the Year category were “Home Alone Tonight” by Luke Bryan and Karen Fairchild, “The Fighter” by Keith Urban and Carrie Underwood, “Think of You” with Chris Young (featuring Cassadee Pope) and “You Are My Sunshine” with Chris Stapleton and his wife, Morgane Stapleton.
