Dierks Bentley is following up his comeback club tour with plans for a full scale run this fall, announcing the details of his Beer On Me Tour.

Featuring Riley Green and Parker McCollum as opening acts (plus Mitchell Tenpenny on select dates), the amphitheater tour will include 22 dates across the U.S. It will mark Bentley’s first full-scale tour since the COVID-19 pandemic, with shows lined up from Bend, Oregon, to Virginia Beach, Virginia, kicking off August 13 in Salt Lake City, Utah, and running through October 22 in Rogers, Arkansas. And according to the country star, the whole tour is named after a new song.

“I wrote a song a few months back with some friends called ‘Beers On Me’ that inspired this year’s tour name,” Bentley explains. “It’s a pretty simple recipe for summer… get your friends together, have a round or two and dive into some great Country music. That’s exactly what Riley, Parker and I plan on doing out there on the road with our fans. Both these guys are road warriors and great performers that are going to help us get this summer fired up.”

Citi cardmembers will have access to presale tickets beginning Tuesday, (May 11) at 10 a.m. local time, with public sales beginning Friday (May 14) at 10 a.m. local time. Bentley and his tourmates celebrated the news with a live performance of Jerry Reed’s iconic road-trip anthem, “Eastbound & Down.”

Meanwhile, the Beers On Me tour follows a short-and-sweet run of small club shows for Dierks Bentley, who will return to the stage with his High Times & Hangovers Tour next week. With five shows in five nights starting May 11, he’ll get back into live-show shape with help from Hot Country Knights and special guests Cody Canada & the Departed. His current single, “Gone,” is out now.
