Dierks Bentley is returning to the road with a blast from the past, resurrecting his High Times & Hangovers club tour for a short-but-intense run of new concerts.

Kicking off May 11 for five shows in five nights, the mini-tour will visit small, limited capacity clubs across the Southeastern U.S., and once again features special guests Cody Canada & The Departed.

Making his announcement with a series of throwback videos on social media — ones which highlighted his once-signature curly golden hair — Bentley noted that the trek will be a call back to the dive bar tours of the past. Also going by the High Times & Hangovers name, the last one took place in 2006 and featured The Departed — a roots rock band fronted by the lead singer of Cross Canadian Ragweed.

“5 shows in 5 NIGHTS,” Bentley wrote on Instagram. “For the first time in a LONG time we’re bringing High Times & Hangovers club tour back… I’ll be playing a few smaller clubs with limited tickets available, but I wanted to see y’all and play a few shows sooner rather than later… so… who’s with me?”

A press release lists the five cities Bentley will hit as Isle of Palms, South Carolina; Greenville, South Carolina; Charlotte, North Carolina; Gainesville, Florida; and Knoxville, Tennessee. It also notes that Bentley’s intimate shows will include many of his 19 Number One hits and off-the-cuff crowd favorites, including the current Top 20 single, “Gone.”

Pre-sale for fan club members begins April 27 at 10 a.m. local, before tickets go on sale to the public Friday (April 30) at 10 a.m. local on Bentley’s website. A full list of dates and cities is found below.
