Dierks Bentley wanted to honor the victims and first responders from the Las Vegas shooting just one week ago, so he decided the best way to give them some love was to take a visit over to one of the hospitals in town for a quick visit.

The country superstar squeezed in time from his busy schedule of promoting Only the Brave, the movie that showcases the strength of the Arizona Hotshots in which Bentley contributed a song to the soundtrack, to stop by the University Medical Center in Las Vegas. From performing for the nurses and doctors to talking to survivors, Bentley felt a sense of healing as he walked the halls in support of everyone who helped save lives that night.

“thank you @umcsn for letting me stop by and hang with y’all for a little bit. thank you for sharing your stories and your time. i needed that. #vegas#vegasstrong #firstresponders,” Bentley wrote with the collection of photos from his humbling visit.

Jason Aldean also visited the University Medical Center in Las Vegas on Sunday (Oct. 8) to talk with victims and give them a strong sense of support. The hospital thanked the “They Don’t Know” singer for spending time around the facility and spreading joy through chatting with some of the patients.

“Our extreme gratitude to Country Music Star @jasonaldean for visiting UMC today. Jason spent time with our patients who were critically injured during the Las Vegas shooting. His visit helped heal hearts and cheer those who were wounded in this tragedy. #vegasstrong,” they captioned his time spent there.

Anyone interested in donating to help the victims recover can do so in a number of ways, including raising money for the American Red Cross, Las Vegas Victims Fund, Music City Cares Fund and many more charitable options.
