Dolly Parton shared a brief video on her social media pages today (March 3) to send some love to Nashville and those affected by the EF-3 tornado that came through the city in the early morning hours on Tuesday (3/3).

“We had a lot of damage out in our area. I know a lot of Nashville was just devastated with the storms, and I just wanted all of you to know that we are all with you and hope that you’re family’s okay and your property’s going to be able to get mended pretty soon and get your lights back on,” she says. “But, just wanted you to know you’re being thought of and we love you.”

In the caption for the video, Dolly wrote, “Praying for all those affected by the devastating storms in Tennessee and my heart is especially with the families who lost loved ones. We are all with you.”

The tornado that ripped through the area on Tuesday caused widespread damage in North, West and East Nashville, as well as surrounding neighborhoods such as Donelson and Mt. Juliet. According to WKRN, at least 21 fatalities have been reported. Many country music artists have reacted to the tragedy throughout the day today.
