DVD Release Date Set for Joey + Rory Documentary, ‘To Joey, With Love’
Fans will be able to relive the emotional film over and over again with the release of To Joey, With Love on DVD.
After the tragic loss of Joey Feek to cervical cancer earlier this year, Rory Feek released a documentary highlighting the strong relationship between Joey + Rory throughout the birth of their daughter and Joey’s battle against cancer.
Fans will be able to relive the emotional film over and over again with the release of To Joey, With Love on DVD, as well as various new features that viewers didn’t receive in theaters. Included on the DVD package is the unreleased track, “In the Time That You Gave Me,” by the couple, personal video clips, and a family slideshow made by Rory himself.
Playing in the month of October, the documentary film made $1.7 million and garnered countless fans through following the passionate journey between the musical journey.
Rory also used his words to document his wife’s struggles and strides on a blog called This Life I Live, in which he shared intimate details about their days together and the devoted love he had for his wife during the good and bad times.
He’ll continue to remember his wife, Joey, with the release of his book, This Life I Live: One Man’s Extraordinary, Ordinary Life and the Woman Who Changed It Forever, on Valentine’s Day of next year (February 14).
The DVD of To Joey, With Love, will be available to purchase on December 9 through iTunes and available On Demand starting December 20.
