Dylan Scott And Jackson Michelson Excited To Bring Holiday Magic To Their Children
Christmas through the eyes of children is so magical.
The holidays are a magical time, and there’s nothing like experiencing that magic through the eyes of a child. Parents around the world will be working hard to create special holiday memories their children, and country star parents are no different. Dylan Scott, who is father to a son, Beckett, and a daughter, Finley, is excited to revisit his childhood memories by experiencing Christmas with his kids. He especially loves to see the expressions of joy on his children’s faces on Christmas.
“Now that I am a dad, I look forward to reliving Christmas morning as a kid through my kids,” says Scott. “Seeing their faces light up will be the coolest thing.”
Jackson Michelson is another country dad who is looking forward to spending the holidays with his kids. He is the father to a daughter, Lily, and two sons, Theran and Gates. In fact, Michelson goes to great lengths to get his children to truly feel the magic of Christmas by taking on the role of Santa himself. The tradition, started by his father-in-law, is one that is sure to get his three kids excited for the presents that await them on Christmas morning.
“My father-in-law used to climb on the roof with bells just after the kids went to bed on Christmas Eve and run around shaking the bells yelling ‘HO HO HO,’” says Michelson. “I’m proud to carry that tradition on with our own kids now!”
Scott and Michelson will both be touring in December before going home for the holidays. Scott will be closing out the year on December 13 in York, PA, with Michelson playing his last show before the holidays on December 19 Salt Lake City, UT.
