Ellen DeGeneres Praises Kellie Pickler
With the next season of American Idol starting next week, new judge Ellen DeGeneres is talking about some of her favorite past contests. One that especially stands out to her is country cutie Kellie Pickler.
“I’m a huge Kellie Pickler fan. I think she’s adorable. She’s got a personality, and I look back at her audition tape, and she had it in the audition. You could just see there was something special about her,” says Ellen.
The new season of American Idol kicks off this Tuesday, January 12.
