Viral sensation Elvie Shane will release his debut EP on April 23. Dubbed County Roads, the record will feature six new songs, each of which were co-written by Shane himself. Among the songs is fan-favorite “My Boy,” a song Shane wrote about his relationship and unconditional love for his stepson.

“The response to ‘My Boy’ has been incredible and I’m glad y’all got to see my sweet side but I want y’all to get to know all of me—from the roughest edges to the smoothest surfaces and this EP tells folks where I came from, what made me who I am and why I am the way I am,” said the singer in a press release. “I’m a product of small town America and County Roads is the raw, honest truth about my life.”

To celebrate his EP announcement, Shane has debuted the title track “County Roads.” The song is a high-energy ode to his hometown and upbringing. The Kentucky native even enlisted the choir from his high school to sing on the track. He also filmed a visualizer video in his home state.
