Exclusive Interview: Jon Langston Releases Self-Titled EP

Country newcomer Jon Langston is ready for fans to take notice with his brand new self-titled EP that was released last Friday (Dec. 11).

“We’ve been working all year to put out something, you know?” Langston tells Sounds Like Nashville. “We say, ‘Who is Jon Langston? What is his style? What is he trying to say and what is his first impression in the industry going to be?’ So we’ve been working since this summer to put that out there and show everyone what I’m all about.”

“This new EP really reflects on my style and what I want to put out into the country music world,” he adds.

Sounds Like Nashville also exclusively premiered Langston’s video for his high-energy “Rollin In And Rockin Out” music video.

“‘Rollin In And Rockin Out’… this song was probably the funnest video to make and one of the funnest songs I’ve ever written. It’s just a fun, feel-good, just like get up and dance, and have a good time with your buddies-type feeling,” the Georgia native shares.

It’s been quite the year for Langston, as he’s played shows around the country, including a sold-out performance at the Georgia Theatre, a venue he previously visited as a fan.
