Five Country Stars Turning 50 in 2017

Hint: four of the people on this list are two separate power couples!

2017 will be a momentous year for several of country music’s biggest stars as they hit a remarkable milestone… the big 5-0! While the fact that these famous faces may be considered “over the hill,” there’s no slowing them down anytime soon.

Guitar aficionado Keith Urban is keeping up with many of his country music contemporaries after having just wrapped his massive Ripcord World Tour and leading the pack as the most nominated artist at the 2017 Academy of Country Music Awards with songs from his latest album.

Also touring is Faith Hill, who is back on the road for Soul2Soul part II with her husband of 20 years, Tim McGraw (who also turns 50 this year!). While Hill is energized to be back in center stage, the mother of three is also loving all that comes with turning a year older, having recently talked about embracing her lines and wrinkles. “I’m okay with having lines,” the country singer told NewBeauty recently. “I’m almost 50, I want people to know I’ve smiled a lot!”

These several country stars aren’t the only celebrities with fifty candles on the cake. Celebrating their 50th birthdays during 2017 are Jamie Foxx, Matt LeBlanc, Lauren Graham, Jimmy Kimmel, Will Ferrell, and Julia Roberts, who was recently named People’s “Most Beautiful” Woman, among others.
