Florida Georgia Line Announces Winter Headlining Tour
They plan to bring out some more heavy hitters as opening acts, including artists like Dustin Lynch and Chris Lane.
While the guys of Florida Georgia Line may have just gotten off of their Dig Your Roots Tour from over the summer, there’s no signs of stopping for the duo as they announced another tour to kick off at the beginning of 2017.
The 28-date run planned to start off in January comes right off of the heels of their huge year, including their very successful summer tour, release of their current album and earning the honor of one of the CMT Artists of the Year.
Over the summer, FGL had energetic openers such as Cole Swindell, Kane Brown and The Cadillac Three out on the road with them. But this time around, they plan to bring out some more heavy hitters as opening acts, including artists like Dustin Lynch and Chris Lane.
“We are so pumped to be bringing Dustin and Chris with us on the next leg of the Dig Your Roots Tour,” said Brian Kelley in a recent press release.
Tyler Hubbard of the duo agreed.
“They are both electric, young performers and great friends of ours. They fit into our vibe perfectly and we know our fans are going to love this new experience. We can’t wait for 2017 and to see everyone out of the road,” he said.
Florida Georgia Line still has a few more concerts planned throughout the end of the year, as well as a performance at this year’s 50th Annual CMA Awards alongside artists like Kelsea Ballerini, Luke Bryan, Miranda Lambert, Kacey Musgraves and many more.
Fans can look out for the exact dates of the extended Dig Your Roots Tour for next year in November when the tickets officially go on sale.
