Tyler Hubbard and Brian Kelley of Florida Georgia Line are looking to collaborate with Carrie Underwood on a new song, and they decided to invite her to join them over Instagram. The duo posted a video on their page on Tuesday (Feb. 25) pitching the song to Underwood.

“We’d really love for Carrie Underwood to hear this song,” says Hubbard in the video of the track they penned with Julia Michaels. “We think it would be a massive collaboration; we’d love to send it to you. We don’t have your email or your phone number, so we’re just going to play a little.”

The duo then played a recording of the song and sang along so Underwood can hear it.

“Alright, let us know if you want it. We’re going to send it your way,” Hubbard says at the end of the video.

Hubbard and Kelley also included a short note to Carrie in the caption, writing, “@carrieunderwood whether you know it or not, we are huge fans of you and we have always wanted to do a song with you we’ve just been waiting on the right one……We think this is it.”

The duo has been very active on social media lately about their new music process. On Monday, they posted a photo of the two of them and shared some “Monday Motivation.”

“God is doing something within us that we can’t do without him,” they wrote. “He’s put a dream inside our hearts, a mission, given us a lifelong song of thankfulness and gratitude. It’s go time, ladies and gentleman! Can’t wait to take you along this journey of new music and continuing to grow @treevibezmusic, our publishing company!!”

The new music they’ve been working on includes their remix of Justin Bieber’s “Yummy,” which they released last week.
