Florida Georgia Line Debut Sexy New Single ‘Talk You Out Of It’

Is it hot in here or is it just Florida Georgia Line’s new single, “Talk You Out Of It?”
The sexy new tune from the duo is turning things up to 10 as the narrator sings of his desire for his significant other, who just emerged for their date looking like “a grown man’s dream” and wishing he’d just asked her to stay home instead.
“I talked you into slippin’ down the hall / baby turning on / your playlist you play when you’re in the shower / talked you into taking up our time / making up your mind / switching back and forth for an hour / now you’re looking like a line from a Vandross song / I’m looking at that fine little dress you got on / don’t get me wrong girl, I love it / now I just wanna talk you out of it,” they sing in the steamy chorus, penned by HARDY, Hunter Phelps, Jameson Rogers and Alysa Vanderheym.
The song is a hint of what’s to come from Florida Georgia Line’s upcoming album, and pushes the record-breaking duo out of their comfort zone.
“‘Talk You Out of It’ has a very different feel for us … It’s the baby-making song on the album,” explained Tyler Hubbard in a press release. “But really, BK and I are always challenging ourselves creatively and knew that we had to record it when we first heard it.”
Added Brian Kelley, “The vibe was just so money. Nothing like a good date night in.”
“Talk You Out Of It” is the latest track to be revealed from FGL’s upcoming fourth studio album, set for release in the coming months. It follows their recent No.1 and lead single from the album, “Simple,” as well as songs “Colorado” and “Sittin’ Pretty.”
Catch “Talk You Out Of It” on country radio beginning November 5.
