Florida Georgia Line’s Tyler Hubbard is on the up and up as he recovers from surgery, but when there are ups, that can sometimes result in downs.

Hubbard took to Instagram to share an embarrassing moment of him getting used to his post-surgery transportation right outside of his front door. The minor tumble was caught on camera through the family’s home security device and the fall is quite a tough one on the singer.

” Yup, it’s still 2020 and I just had another piece of humble pie. @hayley_hubbard and I laughed until we cried watching this last night… after the pain wore off. EFF ME,” Hubbard commented in the caption.

In the homemade clip, the “I Love My Country” singer can be heard moaning and groaning just moments after his little slip. Thankfully, he picked himself right back up on his own and rolled back inside the house.

Hubbard is currently recovering from surgery after rupturing his Achilles tendon and breaking one of the bones in his ankle during a dirt bike accident. He has been giving fans the play-by-play of his recovery via Instagram, noting at the start of his process that his wife, Hayley, hopes it’s speedy enough for him to be ready for Baby No. 3.

“Doc said his goal was to have me walking in 5 weeks. Hayley and I said “make it 4 weeks because that’s when baby number 3 gets here.” Keep our family in yalls prayers,” he said when he first announced the news online that he had gotten injured.

The Hubbards are awaiting the day their baby boy will arrive, which is expected to be in the next few weeks. The couple brought their first child, Olivia Rose, into the world in December of 2017, with son Luca arriving in August of 2019.
