Garth Brooks Collaborates With Amazon Prime and Zynga’s For ‘Words With Friends 2′

Country music superstar Garth Brooks has teamed up with Amazon Prime and leading game developing company Zynga to provide fans with free, personalised mobile content for the beloved Words With Friends game.

With this new joint collaboration, Amazon Prime members will be able to unlock and enjoy brand-new Garth Brooks-themed tile style in Words With Friends 2 in the future. Additionally, the singer will promote Words With Friends with original broadcasts and specialized in-game activations.

“Throughout my career, I’ve learned that one of the most valuable things in life is connecting with others. I like working with Zynga and Amazon Prime because I believe games like Words With Friends have the potential to connect people all over the world,” Brooks said in a statement. “I hope this initiative will help more people foster the important relationships in their lives. Sometimes, a few minutes of play can be as meaningful as a phone call or a letter. It is giving us the opportunity to love one another from a distance.”

The country hitmaker’s relationship with Words With Friends began with the game’s 10-year anniversary in May 2019, where he designed a custom tile style, hosted a series of giveaways and took part in a fireside chat at Zynga’s headquarters.

As part of the collaboration between Zynga and Amazon Prime, which began last month, Prime members can claim free mobile game content, such as mystery boxes and exclusive tile styles, within Words With Friends 2. Banners promoting these offers will be shown to players, where they can then sign in with their Amazon accounts to claim rewards.
