Two country stars recently went under the knife and took to social media to share the news with fans.
Earlier today, Gary Allan shared a photo of himself wearing a sling on his arm and revealed that he had surgery on his left arm last week. He promised fans that he’s “on the mend” and that he’d see them “on the road soon.” Allan’s next scheduled tour date is Friday, May 13 in Baraboo, WI. He’s also scheduled to appear during the upcoming 2016 CMA Music Festival in Nashville.
Also undergoing surgery was Country newcomer Maren Morris, who had her tonsils removed this morning. The “My Church” singer shared a photo of an empty hospital bed and revealedthat she was undergoing a tonsillectomy. Morris, who is slated to release her debut album on June 3, will have several days to recover. She has no scheduled tour dates until May 21, when she’s slated to make her debut at the Grand Ole Opry.
